      There is a reason this location has such terrible reviews. Don't waste your time. I went so far as to escalate the issue to the manager Todd Wibbeler and he was condescending, rude and did not address the issue at hand. Bank of America should provide him with additional training on customer service etiquette. It’s appalling how many times he is mentioned by name in the reviews.

      Where do I start? Did a wire (home purchase down payment) at 9 and nothing happened for a few hours, so went back at 3:50pm only to find that the banker 'forgot' to put in the request. So I had to do the wire again and I missed the deadline (today) and my locked interest rate expired.
