      I don't normally bank at this location but ran in yesterday because it was nearest to the title company where I was closing on a new home purchase. I had an emergency/time-sensitive request in order to be able to close that day. They jumped on it! My ability to close that day would have been prevented if it had not been for the staff at this location and their willingness to help me immediately. From the teller, to the manager and personal banker, they were so quick about helping me resolve the issue and super pleasant and courteous. This will definitely be my new preferred BOA location. Thanks again guys, you were amazing!

      I've been up here for too hour waiting for them to change my pen to my card. That should've not been changed in the first place šŸ˜’

      Bad service & just wasting time Everytime I go there but they don't have enough change(quarters ) . Was waiting 25 minutes for change. Will Find another location
