  Akan helped me out. I was in at 9am and was taken care of by 904am. He really listened to my concerns and helped me out quickly. Appreciate that because I had to be somewhere right after. I've never really had an issue with this bank location. The staff are professional and friendly and seem to want to resolve your issues. I also didn't realize we can make appts online, so I really appreciate that they've always helped me as a walk in. They should advertise making appts online though on their door or something so people are aware. Also some of the atms don't work quite often which is an inconvenience. So going forward, I would like to see the equipment/tools working more times than not

  Horrible bank. Here now and there is a line out the door. There are 4 people behind desk and one teller working . Other just starring into space. Horrible service

  I called to have a transaction cancelled because money was being taken from me that I didn’t approve of. They told me that there was nothing they can do. I called the Bank of America in Windsor and I wish I started there. Terrible service.
