      Ysaura was so nice and friendly, I needed a certified check for a closing the following day, handled me with care and quickly. I also witnessed the other bankers helping other and what a wonderful job they did.

      Tellers and Manager are a Total joke. No idea on customer service , for simple explanations on standard bank operating procedures. Maybe some training is in order?? Seems like the whole staff are lazy, and most of all No Help at All
