Unique and friendly personalities. My banking skills are subpar, relative to approaching the tellers with account slips and deposit tickets in order. Consistently, I am still met with a smile and assisted to achieve my transactional goal. The only caviat I have noticed, is try not to become too attached to favorites. BOA has a discouraging way of transferring out team members to other locations, abrubtly. That hollow tactic aside, this Hampton location still exudes a vibe of old school approach, and for me...that brings levity. Very few institutions keep that particular dynamic in play these days.

I need a bank that is open for business. Can't ever get in contact with anyone and my wife never received her ATM card. So after 15 years at the Hampton branch we will be closing our account and going to Service Credit Union.
