  No one answers the phone ever. I’m not even sure why they have a phone when they won’t answer it. Its infuriating.

  I was very disappointed. I have been with Bank of America for a very long time and the banker that helped me was so rude. I have never experienced such treatment at one of these banks before. She repeated herself over and over talking to me like I was stupid but would not listen to the question or find a solution. If this was my first experience with BoA I would never have opened an account.
