      Just had a superb experience at BOA on Wisconsin Ave/Friendship Heights. Called this morning to make an appt to do several things. The woman who took the call and manages the front of the bank (apologies I didn't get the name) was very pleasant and helpful and made me an appt for the same day. Karen Spencer, who was the bank officer who helped us, was wonderful - pleasant, efficient, professional, patient with all our questions. She also took the time to provide a lot of useful info to my son who is in his 20s - info that is esp useful to a young person just starting out. Also needed the services of the teller, who was likewise knowledgeable and pleasant. Could not have been a more pleasant experience.

      As a preferred rewards member, this is one of the worst Bank of America experiences. I waited in line for 45 minutes for a money order. There was one teller working the window for at least 30 minutes while there were at least 5 reps working. Absolutely ridiculous..

      They do not have good staff the first time I went there were like 3 cashiers and only 1 was attending there was a long waiting line that people started to leave it was the first time it looked bad ..
