  I made a deposit at this location one day that vanished off system and the face if the earth the next day. Thank God i kept the deposit receipt to prove i had a check and had deposited it the day prior. The Ponce location took good care of me and resolved the missing deposit issue which was complicated as it was no where to be found in the system.
