      I tried to call many times but they never answer the phone. Dropped in for a new account identification verification but was rudely turned away by an associate telling me I needed an appointment, when all emails I previously received said nothing about needing to make one. Strict banking hours, 9:00-5:00, you would have to take time off work to do any business with them. You'll be better off taking your money somewhere else.
