Service is really good and staff is friendly. Drive through ATM is kind of tricky to access since you might hit your bumper to get exact right way of reaching the machine. They have disability parking.

If I could give this bank below one star I would. I am waiting to receive my debit card in the mail and whenever I go to this bank to make a withdrawal I have received the most IMPOLITE, UNPROFESSIONAL service. Not to mention the extremely long wait time, totaling out to 20 minutes of standing in a line of 3 people. Avoid this bank if you can.

I have called up customer care for original bank statement, they have advised me to walk to close by Bank of America. When I went to the Bank, Bank manager told me again call customer care and ask them to send the statement by mail. It's total waste of my time. There is no provision in this review for negative review, otherwise I would give them one
