      Nice staff. Would someone from Bank of America tell me why all drive-thru service nationwide has closed. The service has never re-opened even in the face of Covid-19. This is a risk, an inconvenience and a decrease in customer service. Someone please explain. The policy defies logic. I am also a concerned physician in the community. I have serious concerns in regard to the policy. Thank you.

      Everytime i go to drive through atm. The atm never accepts my cash deposit. Went inside and atm doesn't accept cash deposit. FIX YALLS ATM PLEASE. Dont force me to come inside and talk to a teller when im in a rush

      WORST BRANCH EVER, NO TELLERS and NO CASHIERS. I Couldn't even get a cashier check from them, I was told its over their limit and I need to go to the 196th branch. BOA should really consider closing this located or changing the management.
