      I had an issue receiving my checks, so I stopped back in and received great service and help from the two ladies working there at the time, I believe one was named Linda- she was great and even sped up the process for getting my reprints to me quicker. I never leave reviews but felt like they deserved an additional Thankyou!

      Gigi forgot about my Husband’s Card . We never received it after almost 3 weeks went to a different BOFA to find out Card was never ordered . Has been a disaster ever since.

      Refuse to help me and treat me as an individual, did not refund me for their mistakes lost over $1200 dollars in one day. Even after showing screenshots, transactions with the number of each transaction and a 3 and half hour phone call where they deleted the transaction that needed to be refunded. No where else but king county have I had this much financial problems
