      It was ok for making a deposit personally at the Bank.But is a week now and I have seen the money in my Account. It doesn't reflect since I made the deposit which is ridiculous. I will be closing my account. This is ridiculous. Have to be waiting for hours before u can even talk to a customer service. I regret opening the bank account with them.

      Given bad info from one of their reps that cost me a $70 fee. Reached out to corporate and was told that even though the info he gave me wasn't correct for my situation it was still technically correct so I couldn't file a complain. HA HA B of A you are a joke.
