  This place should have more tellers instead of personal bankers. 2 banker 1 teller and a manager. Today I was waiting on line and the lady in front of me was chatting to me saying she always needs to wait in this branch, I told her, I had the same experience, I came here some time It has same issues. and the branch manager told her it’s Wednesday the slowest day of the week, that’s why there is only one teller. After waiting for around 4-5 minutes, it’s my turn, i was counting my money, the teller talk to me saying “you should count your money instead of complaining” I saying back to her “that means I have to take out my cash and stand there to count money in front for everybody” there are two people behind me. I wait for you for 4 mins and you can’t wait for me for seconds. Just want to say OMG, is this the customer service you are having now?

  I wish I could give zero star. This is the worst. I was not served because I went there to close an account instead of opening one. People behind me were processed at higher priority. This branch should be closed so the whole world will be much better!
