      Came to this store and and signed in to close my account, they told me a 30 minutes wait and now I have been an hour so I went to check my status and they told me that the lady forgot to add me to the waiting list! Worst customer service ever!!!

      Horrible experience. Went to this location after finding out another branch was closed. We were trying to deposit cash into a family member savings account due to them having a financial need it of state. This company plain out refused to accept cash got personal cash and told me to drive to another location to purchase a money order and come back to deposit. Are you serious??? We were not trying to withdrawal money we were trying to deposit cash for a family member for an emergency.

You must be an account owner or authorized user on the account to make a cash deposit. You can use Mobile and Online Banking to send money to others by using just their mobile phone number or email address. ^alma
