  Kudos to Edgar Hernandez for helping me with a difficult account issue. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me. I've been a Bank of America customer for over ten years and after having accounts at other major banks, I have to say I have had the best experiences with B of A. Keep up the good work folks!

  On top of everything that was mentioned by others - they don't even bother to pick up the phone. I called them 17 times in 2 days, to no avail, just an answering machine, you can’t even leave a message. It's a shame. Avoid this place.

  I will be closing my account's today! they have horrible customer service, I have been with them for 14 yrs and they want me to call customer service to get account information, they cannot give me info at my branch!!
