I walked into the bank for a deposit and to get a form notarized. As soon as I asked for the notary, Vincent informed me that I should go to UPS because their notary may be a 30 min wait if he was even available Vincent did not even check to see if there was a wait.

Great when talking to the associate. Awful when it comes to their atms. Barely works or doesn’t take cash and they want you to go to the nearest branch 30 mins out. That’s absurd.
