      It's ridiculous just one counter open for customers on Friday I'm waiting around 1 hr then why u have 3 there is just open 1 🙄may works on Monday or Wednesday but Friday in a busy place like west Springfield?

      They made me wait outside in such a cold and windy day. Closed my account the same day. Even dollar tree doesn’t make their customers wait outside. They’re good and that’s why people want to bank with them but I’d look for other options.
