      Fantastic service at this location! Robert was very helpful and communicative about an issue I had with a cashiers check. I had been procrastinating going in but everyone was nice and fixed my account as quickly as possible and accurately. I also witnessed several other customers come in with various needs (and opinions) and the staff was patient and friendly with them as well. 5 stars!!

      Misleading, unethical, unprofessional, and uneducated loan officers - I applied with a loan officer (Thomas Walker) in April/May 2021 regarding a home loan. It is clear that this location's loan officers do not understand the Company's mortgage requirements. Specifically, Mr. Walker issued me a pre-qualification letter without performing his appropriate due diligence, only to backtrack after I was under contract to purchase a home (and after weeks of conversations regarding my profile). I advise you to avoid this bank and loan officer (Thomas Walker) to prevent yourself from being misled. My concerns and questions sent via email to Mr. Walker's supervisor were then ignored. All of this to a customer that has banked with BoA for over 10 years.
