  It is super fast and like to get there, since it is in the middle of the main road! It is very well located and they always work! I always love going there from my car I do everything.

  I went to another bank of america today and the doors were locked, no sign. Earlier in the week I went to go to the matthews drive location, closed. I saw on the news there was an incident. As a warning: This location is extremely busier compared to nearby locations, teller line can be longer for this reason but they are quick. I decided to drive here to speak with someone. I saw the place full of people late afternoon... I should have suspected. I was greeted by Vanessa with a smile..After explaining my situation, i also tell her I need to deposit a check (they can do it up front don't need to go to teller , done it many times) she explained she is in training and needed someone to log into the application....she quickly suggested I can do it in the app or the atm. I had NO IDEA you could deposit a check at the atm, my other bank doesnt allow this.. She walked me through it, while still handling the people walking in and communicating with her colleagues who came in first and why we were there. Completing a check deposit at the ATM was insanely EASY and convienent. She also talked to us in the waiting room to help ease the waiting. bank of america is very lucky to have her . Even under pressure, she was friendly, professional, and handled everything like a pro ...not a trainee....I will make the extra drive to visit this location going forward, the staff were all awesome.. thank you for a pleasant experience.
