      Very bad attention, the lady who is in the office when you enter to the right, that woman is as rude as possible, bad treatment of clients, she should receive a course in customer service through human resources.... They cannot have bad-tempered people and badly spoken in attention to the public....

      45 minutes to make a deposit & get a change order for our business. Only 2 tellers & just as I got to the counter she put a board in front of me & said her assistant would take care of me. Manager said I was supposed to use the night drop for the deposit so how am I supposed to get change??
