  Has 2 drive thru tellers and 2 walk up tellers, waiting is usually short. Bank is closed, appointment needed

  This branch and the Hwy 18 branch in Apple Valley have been closed for an extreme amount of time. Your about to loose a long time customer.

  For anyone that needs an open bank chase cashes checks without an account, quick to make an account, and just one parking lot over. I was forced to do this because of. Well keep reading. 0 stars, what fantasy land do they live in that they will take your money but not let you inside. Read the response from the owner to the reviews. Does that seem like an acceptable responce from someone who cares about you or your money. He just copy and past policy like a big middle finger. Id trust my money with monkeys in a zoo before i ever comeback to bank of america being that there bar is lower than the zoo. Not only have there been robberies right out side the door, but there machines have been tampered with on multiple occasions making the news[google bank of america high desert news]. The only thing american about this bank is the name and that feels like they spit on it with there service. Take your ponzi scheme bank somewhere else, the desert has enough problems with out you trying to make it worse
