  Manager Craig is a joke. He needs to be trained again or fired. He gone give me info then vanish when I needed details. One teller said he left for the day then the next says he’s on lunch. What manager sends their employees to relay messages when they could’ve spoke up from the jump instead of leading with lies. Obviously they need help if they’re coming to ask. Cassandra & her lil bob wig is a joke too. Trying to argue with the fraud department on the phone. The only person that helped was the banker that suggested I go to a different location. The second location assisted me but I’m still closing my account. Shouldn’t have to be sent in for help by a CSR then turn away bc the manager is dumb.
