      Please, if you're reading this and have the time, go to another BOA location. This one treats customers like they're criminals, the tellers aren't competent enough to solve anything other than withdraws, and the manager doesn't care to help a single soul. I received so many "no's" I had to call the 1800 number in line to have them ask the manager to complete my request! HOW IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

      Worst service possible!!! The rep was rude and u helpful! I went to close down my acc becoz of the consistent terrible service I recieved and even for that they charged me a fee!!
