      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUGE WASTE OF TIME BEEN HERE OVER AN HOUR WITH 1 WINDOW OPEN AND A MANAGER TRYING TO GET EVERYONE TO USE THE OUTSIDE TELLER. OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

      Forgot my folding chair and tablet....my fault... should have remembered what bank I was going in to.....stood in line for an hour....I felt time stop and then I stepped into the black hole which was bank of America customer service.....it's there but is it really there?....all good questions that only the universe has the answers....I guess an apology can make my time wasted worth something.....thanks bank of America for always helping me expand my way of thinking....
