BofA Crozet bankers are not competent users of their own banking systems. Three hours in the branch with assistant manager and manager to setup a new account and transfer money from an existing account. Money still not transferred after 10 days due to typo of assistant manager. Only found out by calling 1-800 BofA, who says they now need another week to get the funds transferred.

Just went to Bank of America in CROZET to complete a vhange of address and set up online banking. 3 employees 1 customer at window which took 3 to help. Otntook linger for the teller, the manager and assistant manager to let me know that i needed alpt then it would have taken to complete my process. Can see why they are closing.
