  Jan 5, 2021 (3.15pm) While lining up to get serviced, I checked the google review of this location. The score was very low (below 3). I read through the reviews one by one and a lot of them were giving bad score. So, walking in curiously, I thought I was going to be put in a very bad customer service situation. Surprisingly, the security guard was professional and polite. He gave people a heads up of what to expect and where to go. The tellers were professionally friendly and had good eye contacts with customers. The lady who assisted me with my transactions was even more beyond that. She was so understanding and paid attention to my need. I made a lot of mistakes on my slips and money calculation, but she respectfully and patiently guided me to rewrite and recount things well. She didn't rush me nor feel irritated with my carelessness. Thumbs up for her! Front line people have to learn from her.

  09/15/2021 2 pm. I went in to deposit a check. The only one window open with a girl clerck，she called the account holder who issue the check to me with a completely confirmation of the authenticity and correctness of the check. then she refuse to deposit my check. WT…. I went to another boa ，I had been help without any doubt there. I m so disapointed here. : ( This is worst experience I ever had . I don’t want to post her name but I hope she can be nice to customers. : (
