  This is my first and last time here ...the wait time is ridiculous atleast at Pikesville you have someone to greet you and give some type direction...no one to ask for help the two associates working at their desk have been working with the same people for atleast an hour please get these people some help I moved it up to five star I was very impressed with Mr Coates calling to apologizing about my experience at this branch and once he explained the staffing issues I realized I made the review out of frustration and not logic and I learn it’s best to make an appointment 😂

  Using this bank for 20 years , several years the service is terrible. Long lines , only 2 associates to help no what time you go. However, the associates are great.. Pikesville is better but you know why because they don’t care because it is the Liberty Road area.
