      This is one of my favorite branches to conduct my business. The Staff, Yasmin, Bessy and Manager Angie offer the best customer service. They are professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and very thorough with their services. I have been with BOA since 2008 and have been to different branches in KS and 38th St, KCK branch's staff is by far the best. They want to help their customers and do their best every single time I'm there! I do understand this is a very busy branch and my advice to everyone is to be kind to the staff. They are doing their best. Please be patient with them.

      Bank of America is a joke. Don't use them, they will hold your deposited payroll check for 7-10 days.
