      A sincere thank you to Aneta, and Carmen, two terrific Bank of America staff members. Recently visited from Florida and needed immediate access to my bank funds from a FL bank account I have. These gals totally rose to the occasion unlike 2 other CT banks I stopped at initially. As it was an emergency situation it was imperative I had access to my own money. These wonderful people didn't hesitate to help me. It restored my faith in the banking industry. So much so I will switch banks upon my return to FL. Thanks again Aneta and Carmen!

      They do immeasurable societal harm by not having decent open hours, being closed for an hour mid-day, and having only 2 tellers. The sign saying that they close is in English only WHICH DOES NOT SERVE THE COMMUNITY. There are native Spanish and Asian speakers here too!
