  It's a awful experience today with the staff. We are in time to the appointment but unfortunately forgot the id. We informed the staff(Teller) that we will be back in 10 mins and she agreed. When we are back with Id they said they don't have any appointments....

  My first visit after this branch being closed for 2 years was only to get change. I was told by the greeter that THE teller was on lunch and to come back in a half an hour. So you have 1 teller in the entire branch and a greeter and a banker somewhere? I understand COVID problems and all, but this is rediculous. If there is a need for a greeter then there should definitely be at least one teller available. I hate this branch... heck I hate this bank. In response the canned reply: Quit blaming COVID for poor management!
