      Worst customer service ever for a bank. Lady wouldn’t even try getting a managers help and told me she tried 3 times to fine the right account for cashing a check. This is why I don’t use or recommend Bank of American to any of my friends or family.

      I scheduled an appointment with a financial advisor for investing and retirement planning ahead of time. They even sent the reminder to me but they couldn’t call to cancel at least 3 hours before the appointment I have two jobs and college so in professional and disrespectful of other people time. I got there and the branch was close they could call me letting me know or have me go to another branch and I will be happy go feel so disappointing of Bank of America I have my checking and saving and credit cards with them but definitely thinking to close all my accounts I also do online baking must of the time because the tellers are so rude. It was so sad that my day off I scheduled an appointment for nothing but I waste were I could use it more productive I drove all the way to here for nothing !
