      This is my local bank. Been with them 10+ years. Always great service. It's never real fast to go into the branch, so plan ahead. Online banking is super easy, and customer service by phone is always superb. & BTW, this branch was temporarily closed during COVID due to staff shortage. But they have re-opened as of at least Nov 2021.

      The worst — closed branch with no notice to safe deposit customers — call center is awful — 40+ minutes to get no relevant information regarding access to safe deposit box — totally unacceptable — would give negative stars is possible — NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND
