      Staff were very accommodating. We need to notarize our documents and Philip Hoyos has been very helpful. No issues with drive thru ATM. Plenty of parking and adjacent to my favorite Asian restaurant.

      Staff at this branch are always professional and courteous. I sincerely appreciate their prompt service.

      Half the ATMs indicated out of service. Of those available the first one accepted my card and my request for cash but then never provided cash. Yet despite this error there was no acknowledgment by the machine that it had failed. Then noticed that my account was charged for the withdrawal. Went into the bank to resolve the issue and was told I had to go online and I could dispute the transaction. I suppose I will eventually succeed in getting the transaction error corrected but the I can't help but be amazed and disappointed at the low quality of systems at this branch.
