  I had a fantastic experience with Erik Torres. He helped me with getting a temporary debit card since I had lost mine. He was efficient, thorough, friendly and just a pleasure to be around. He treated my boyfriend and I in a very courteous manner. He even helped me get my cash in specific denominations AFTER his shift was over and he did not need to do that so I really appreciate it. Thank you Erik Torres for your excellent service and knowledge of Bank of America!

  Northampton Main Street Branch is closed. We've had a business account for decades. No choice but to go to another location. Jean at teller window in Holyoke was very professional and pleasant. However, Sue felt a need to flex her authority - was not interested in being helpful or solution oriented. We'll move our account shortly.
