      Usha Patel was very helpful and I appreciate the time she took to help me even when my daughter was doing what children her age do play, but she was nice and friendly to us both and very knowledgeable with what I wanted done. Thank you !

      This has to be by far one of the worst banking experiences I have witnessed. The tellers are lifeless and move as slow as they can. The managers do everything in their power to make you call a 1800 instead of actually tending to their guests. And I know some stuff has to be done over the phone but it’s literally anything a customer comes in for. There’s a tall skinny white male that works there and I guess he is a manager. Guy always looks like he is in pain and seems as though he tries to avoid customer interaction either by burying his face in a tablet or locking himself in his office. Oh and now they close at 4pm during the week. If your a working man good luck trying to do anything with them.
