      I felt treated like a king at this BofA branch. I have never had this kind of personalized experience. I came to get a cashier's check for the downpayment of a vehicle I was financing, and left with the check and a pre-approval letter with a significantly better auto loan rate. Marina (and honestly everyone) was outstanding, attentive, and very helpful. I look forward to a renewed banking partnership with Bank of America.

      Went to make a deposit for my wife and they said I was not allowed because I don't sign on account after waiting in line for 10 minutes.. Two people working inside on a Friday afternoon. Drive-thru closed. We will be moving all our accounts to Trustco or CenterState. Bank of America is a waste of time.
