      Excellent service, the advisor who assisted me was wonderful, Mr. Taulant Kostallari, a separate professional who also speaks Spanish, guided me and gave me the best options. I congratulate the Bank of America for their service and their work team.

      I have had an account with BOA for over 16 years and the experience I've had at this location has always been a problem but this last experience is enough to close this account. I had to go inside because the ATM was not working. I had some questions regarding the fee added to my account. The csr, customer service representative, told me to talk to someone on floor regarding any questions. There was no csr on the floor. She went to look for the csr and proceeds to talk about my account out loud to another csr. Another customer behind me looked at me and we both were completely horrified at the lack of privacy. The other csr then tells me to call in instead of just answering some of my questions. I will not be returning to this location and BOA will be losing me as a customer
