      Worst customer service … Manager so unprofessional my mother needed to wire an important transaction and all he could say was to do it online that there wasn’t enough people to help her out . Every single time we needed to speak to our regular business bank person she was either on vacation or not available .. I would not recommend to do any kind of business at this specific location WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .

      If there was a negative number. This place and all bank of America's earn it. Incredibly frustrating experience. One teller, I'm behind just Two people and somehow it takes me 30 minutes to get to the front. I do see a floor attendant, four personal bankers and not a single person to assist the teller. To top it off, rude customer service.
