      Small branch with plenty of drive thru ATMs. Employees here are very friendly and eager to assist with banking needs.

      I don’t recommend using Bank of America because I had just got paid and went to deposit cash into the bank and a few hours later my account got froze so I went in the next day to try and resolve the issue and they didn’t know anything so they gave me a number to call was on hold for what felt like forever and when I got through I kept getting transferred over and over and when I finally got an answer the told me it was froze because I put money in the bank and that they were closing my account and I couldn’t get my money back that it my money would be sent to me by check within a month or so but never gave me a reason why

      I don't know what had happened to this branch. At one time it was the best of the best. Now we are lucky if they are even open for business. Needs some help. Not sure if it is understaffed or what. One arm at the bank and 2 in the big lots parking lots down the road. Hardly ever work or have to wait forever in massive lines. No drive up windows. I am not allowed to deposit money into my own families account because I don't have an account there... Not withdrawl but DEPOSIT. Really hope it gets better.
