I went into the bank at 4:30 on Thursday. The lobby closes at 5. There was no line, so I waited a minute or so until the cashier asked if she could help me. When I asked to make a withdrawal, she said no, she was offline. I double checked the time and it was 4:31. No apology, no how else can I help you. It is not ok to stop services a half an hour before closing. I gave two stars because the lobby was clean and there was no wait. However I was very disappointed that I wasted my time and hurried out of work to get to the bank before it closes and I still couldn't make the transaction I needed to make today.
