We have worked with the people here on several issues relating to trust accounts and they have been incredible to work with. Lots of longevity at this branch so we’ve worked with the same people for years - feels like a good combination of small town bank with resources of BOA.

As a non-customer I tried to cash two checks that were issued from Bank of America. I was told there was a fee of $16 to cash two checks eight dollars each., The value of the checks were $100 in total the assistant manager explained to me that there’s nothing he can do. I find a 16% fee Outrageous And the assistant managers efforts were lacking. two thumbs down for Bank of America in Holden no customer service
