      I’ve been a long time B of A customer. Am very dissatisfied these days with the customer service at this branch. I have brought in checks to deposit and was told by the tellers on two occasions that they no longer do math and aren’t allowed to add up the value of the checks to be deposited. Even when I asked them to confirm my addition, my request was denied. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
