  There is usually a long wait is expected here, especially after the covid 19 outbreak. But they follow the safety manuals well. Before you marked where to stand before anyone enters, and the security guards helped people. They also provides some chairs to sit while you are waiting. There were separate entrance and exit and each side has atms as well. The long line reduces quicker than my expectation so I don't complain. Also, the workers are kind, so I was impressed and felt respected. The woman was kind and knowledgeable and helped me very well. She not only gave me the right information but also guided me to the right person quickly, not forgetting asking me what else she could do for me. Otherwise, I could have forgotten and gone back again. And the man I was transferred to was also fast. He fixed my problem and kind enough to bring me to the atm to check if everything's good. So I think this branch is far better than the other branch that I used to go. The othe one was always crowded. Good to have this kind of bank near me. The only con is that now their normal hours are reduced so they open 10 am in the morning. I wish they open sooner. Other than that, it is good!

  Bank of America is terrible all of their offices are closed nobody answers phones the 1-800 number can give you no answers at all I am moving all of my money to Chase Bank do not waste your time with this terrible institution!
