  Deposited money into my new account. Had to wait ten days for the money to transfer. Waited till the day I could use my account to learn they closed my account without calling, emailing, or even mailing a notice. They said I needed to verify my identity. Now I'm stuck waiting for all of my money. I was on hold 30 minutes just to have the guy trying to transfer me hang up and never call back. Called back and waited another 30 minutes just to get a phone number. I called the phone number and was told basically nothing. I was extremely understanding, but no one helped.
