      I have been there for an urgent wire transfer. Staff were courteous and friendly. I have been helped by relationship manager Michael. Michael was able to understand my situation did everything to complete my transaction in time.

      Horrible service! Andrea Reyes is extremely rude and untrustworthy. She lied to me multiple times during our appointment that I only found out about afterwards. She has since ignored my repeated phone calls and voicemails even going as far as to hang up on me. This is not how you treat customers of 20 years!
