  Spacious interior for this particular building, even just worth a gander, they are friendly and want your business :) successful. Definitely one of the best buildings in Keene, and often guarded!

  If I could leave this with negative stars, I would. WORST national bank chain and it's not even close (and I've had TD Bank, PNC, Chase, Citizens). This beautiful building doesn't deserve the cancerous company occupying it and we should be ashamed that such a historic building is being used to house this undeserving pathetic excuse for a company. Keene, let's do better. Stop using this bank. Drive them out.

  Bank of America is the WORST we have ever dealt with and the Keene NH branch should be shut down due to incompetence and overall BS. Lies, misinformation and just a waste of time. Nobody ever answers the phone and if you go into the branch you are met with rudeness and lack of care. We are pulling all of our money out, they are not a bank but rather a really bad business that only wants your money. I would rather keep our money in a chimp farm as they would do a better job.
