      My brother and I scheduled an appointment at this BOA branch to have documents notarized last week. The Branch Manager - William served us. He embodied and served us with superior professionalism, exceptional customer service, patience, as well as being personable! We were truly impressed by him and the interaction we had with him!!! In addition, I want to acknowledge Ashu - Personal Banker, while waiting for William, came over to us to ask if we had been served. He was proactive, polite, and radiated positive energy!! Great customer service by him! The best experience I have ever had at a BOA branch!!! To people of color and minorities, I highly recommend this BOA branch. They have a diverse team to serve its diverse community.

      After they make me wait long in line I came up to the window and an Asian lady try to help me but it went wrong after she told me to wait for a lady name Lwanna...and she was unpolite...rude and cut me completely off telling me that I have to wait because she was busy omg...customer service keeps getting worse at this places not very nice or helpful at all
