I had to make an international wire transfer and was helped by Laura Petrou. She was very polite and did the transfer professionally. I was very happy the way she handled the job. While doing the transfer she also gave a lot of very useful advises on how to increase my cash back deals and better use my accounts. I’m very thankful to her and appreciated her help a lot.

They are so rude and uninformed. They have no idea what they are doing at this bank. Montville branch is so much better. Very nice and helpful.

I have called several times about my $100 bonus I was suppose to receive months ago when I first opened new account and never received it and still waiting. Terrible customer service
