  Great service! Although I couldn't get an appointment on 12/22, they managed to squeeze me in on 12/23 so that my wire transfer could go out before Christmas. It was very important that the funds arrive on time for my house closing. Many thanks to both Deanna and branch manager Trish for the caring and thoughtful customer service. One happy old lady here, looking forward to my next home 😊

  Only 1 teller with huge line every time I’ve been there. Branch Manager sits in her office talking on the phone with total disregard. Fairly happy with other offices but this one is poorly run. Think maybe I’ll take my (significant) accounts elsewhere!

  Nobody answers phone calls here. Needed a Notary Public so I drove ten minutes there. Waited in line. Teller explains there is no Notary Public today, but UPS doesn't charge for Notary service. Trip there and back cost $5 and 30 minutes. UPS charges $10, too. Can I give zero stars?
